SCOTT WILD: Scott Wild, Wild Inspire, Bismarck, ND,
has been working in the
computer industry for the past 20 years,
with experience in software programming, corporate training, and
internet marketing and consulting. He is passionate about the role
that the Internet plays in marketing for profits and nonprofits.
Wild is a big believer in social media, networking and generating
ideas in a group setting.

Putting the Social Media Mindset to Work in the Classroom
In this presentation we will discuss and generate ways on how to
integrate social media tools into the classroom. We will give
specific examples for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and WordPress
blogs. These are tools that you can typically implement effectively
at no cost to you or the school while engaging with your students on
their ground.

organizations. He is a tenured Professor of Business at Dickinson
State University, a speaker, author and corporate trainer. A native
of Greece, Kostas experienced cultural differences that enriched his
life’s journey. His book, Secrets to Making Diversity Work, explores
managing gender, cultural and generational differences in today’s
workforce.

- Adobe InDesign - Basics and Beyond
Monday, June 18, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
In this session, we'll work with the powerful Adobe(c) InDesign
software. Starting at the basics by investigating the user
interface, we'll quickly move to creating documents, master pages,
working with multi-column formats, auto-numbering, and inserting and
manipulating text and graphics. Along the way, quick tips and

In the business classroom the use of Web 2.0 technologies is
important on more than just an educational front. These technologies
are not only changing education, but they are also changing the way
businesses operate. In a business setting these technologies have
the potential to increase productivity and the competitive advantage
in a cost effective manner. In using these technologies to improve
learning, students are also being prepared to be more successful
when they enter their careers.
